Gold Price Live: Alerts & News ("the app", "we", "us") is designed to respect your privacy. We do not require an account, we do not show ads, and we do not track you across apps or websites. This policy explains what limited data the app uses and why.

Information we collect

• Push notification token. If you enable price alerts, Apple provides the app with a push notification "device token". We send this token to our own server so we can deliver your alerts. The token identifies a device installation, not you personally.
• Your price alerts. The alerts you create (instrument, target price, and whether the alert is above/below or repeating) are stored on our server so it can watch the market and notify you when a target is reached.

We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, photos, or any advertising identifiers. The app has no login and no user accounts.

How we use it

The push token and your alerts are used for a single purpose: to send you the price-alert notifications you asked for, even when the app is closed. We do not use this data for profiling, advertising, or analytics.

Third-party services

The app displays market data and news from third parties. When you use the relevant features, requests are made to:

• TradingView — price charts, technical indicators and news headlines.
• Apple Push Notification service (APNs) — delivery of your alert notifications.
• DuckDuckGo — website icons shown next to news sources.
• Google Search — only if you tap "find full article" for a headline that has no direct link.

These providers have their own privacy policies. We do not share your alerts or device token with them; the push token is shared only with Apple's APNs, as required to deliver notifications.

Data storage & retention

Your device token and alerts are stored on our server for as long as the alerts exist. When you delete an alert in the app, it is removed from the server on the next sync. If Apple tells us a device token is no longer valid (for example, you deleted the app), we remove it automatically.

Data sharing & selling

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except Apple's APNs to the extent necessary to deliver notifications.

Children

The app is a general-audience financial-information tool and is not directed to children under 13.

Your choices

• Delete individual alerts in the app to remove them from our server.
• Turn off notification permission for the app in iOS Settings at any time.
• Delete the app to stop all data collection; associated tokens are purged automatically.
• Contact us to request deletion of any data associated with your device.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
